All our Home Garden Spaces are fully insulated meaning that they retain the warmth in Winter and keep the space cool in Summer. Our garden rooms are within the parameters of Permitted Development meaning that you do not require planning permission.
The secret of all our garden rooms is in the foundations. All our garden rooms feature galvanised steel pillars that support the weight of the building and importantly enable air to circulate under the floor which is very important in order to stop dry rot and damp. All our work comes with a 10 year structural guarantee.
