I’m a level 3 PT specialising in weightloss and body transformation. I’ve been using exercise to help my mental health for many years, and this was even more prominent during lockdown. This is when I decided I wanted to start helping other people through exercise.
Since my journey started, I have lost over 2 stone in weight, and understand the difficulties associated with it. I am a positive and motivating person, who can get the most out of people with whatever their goals are.
