Rowland has been running the family owned Downland Building company for almost 30 years, and has been responsible for projects ranging from building brand new houses from the ground up, to small extensions and patios. He has also worked on numerous contracts for local authorities. In fact it is safe to say that he knows the building profession inside out!
Phil comes from a background of project management and marketing. Although he has run smaller building projects, he refers to Rowland’s expertise for the building side of the business, his main contribution to the company is the marketing and, more importantly, listening to the customer and making sure that we are offering exactly what people require!
Recently we have all spent so much more time at home, and that has meant that the pressure on space has become more pressing than ever! The beauty of a Downland Garden Room is that they are a great way to add extra space to your home without the need for planning permission delays, or expensive and messy extensions, and with the quality that we offer within a matter of weeks our customers have ‘another room in their house’.
