I spent over two decades working for a range of companies and industries including financial services, automotive, creative, and tourism, to name a few. I provided administrational, operational and most recently project management support always with a focus of implementing or improving processes, procedures and systems to make running the business smoother and easier…but something was missing.
It was during a discussion with a neighbour about how overwhelmed she was with the administration of running her business that I realised I had a wealth of experience which I could use to support business owners, taking care of all the details and keeping them organised so they can live in the big picture and concentrate on their vision.
